Can food coloring be added for extra color in the water given to plants? Or does it hurt them?

I can’t believe he even asked about food coloring and a plant. To be honest that’s how you lose costumers and friends. especially lying about the strain. Like when I hear someone from we’re im from say they got cookies or cake weed…. And it’s all just a lie after you see & smell the bud there talking about.

He sounds kinda like my uncle who’s 53, thinks he know it all except my uncle problem is he thinks he can grow any strain outdoors… I’ve tried to tell him not every strain is bred for outside and it’ll catch up to you one day but he did not listen he told me “I’ll grow what I want” and then a week ago came back over crying saying he went from 2 pounds to 2 grams overnight due to mold and the rain.

I could almost work with that I work with a 29 year old who signed papers to be quote-unquote in the military and all I hear military stories day in and day out but from experience the ones that seen it and lived it don't say squat about it just a boy living in a man's world the more they try to impress the more ridiculous they look. Guess I was there at one point but I always try to be humble, biggest obstacle sometimes is ones ego.

It does work on a lot of "regular" flowers, carnations come to mind first.
But the food coloring colors the flowers petals, and cannabis flowers don't have petals, just pistils.
Sounds like some shady shit to me. I'd keep my distance from that nephew, personally. If he's dishonest with customers, he's probably dishonest with you, too.

Some food coloring was banned in the US , believe it was red , so at that time I would say it wouldn't be healthy . I'm sure things have changed since then . With Christmas coming ( just saying ) .
