Looks to be on top part of plant? Not seeing it at the bottom, I was thinking nute burn because the tips of leaves are brown. Did you increase your feedings? Is this the only plant with this going on?
Looks to be in a tent so I suspect it's not outside. To be honest that's a new look to me...ie: never seen that before...don't think it's a critter tho...
would almost say potassium deficiency but its only on a few leaves...

I am with 50D on this, check the roots.
I don't see anything that looks like it has been munched on...doesn't mean there isn't just don't see it...IMO it's a nutrient deficiency...
