Added a comment to CO2 System

Yes sir, my thinking on putting my carbon filter fan system in the ceiling was to remove any extra heat in the summer.  Now its getting cool and Im using it to mediate the heater on its lowest setting.  Seems when the nights get down into the upper 30s and low 40s the tent stays around 84 w the heat going and will dip into the 69 degree range wo heat and just the lights running.

If you think its better to have the CO2 on the floor and let the fan pull it up, Ill move it.  I was slightly concerned with having my fan running while discharging CO2, didnt want to suck out the good stuff before the babies had a chance to use it.  This all falls under the Hair Brained Ideas trying to figure stuff out!

    • Dude, I honestly have no idea and I am way too stoned to give a decent answer.

      • I don't run CO2 (but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express!), but everything I've read says CO2 is best for a sealed room. And if you ventilate, you want to cycle it opposite the CO2. Fan on-no CO2, fan off-CO2, except at night when you don't use it at all.

        • Co2 is heavier than air, so installing it up top is the way to go. Fans on low are OK, just don't run exhaust as much. I like carbon filters/exhaust to pull air out of the tent at the very top of a tent, especially when using LED's .
