    I don't run CO2 (but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express!), but everything I've read says CO2 is best for a sealed room. And if you ventilate, you want to cycle it opposite the CO2. Fan on-no CO2, fan off-CO2, except at night when you don't use it at all.
