smoothest weed to buy
Hello, I'm in search of a strain that is extremely smooth when smoking , my wife finds my last batch to harsh and coughs her brains out your help would be much appreciated thanks , Bob

Any strain you want to smoke can be as smooth as puffing on air man, all it requires is a decent understanding of the nutrients a weed plant can utilize with it roots and a very long flush.
And watch ur CEC cause if it’s too high ur medium can’t be flushed out... I made that mistake a wile ago by adding in granular humid acid into my coco coir a few grows ago.

flushing or not flushing is like ford and chevy and your grow medium and your nutes and your light but most of all the strain then your cure i don't use soil or coco or water i am one of the weird one's here if u notice they keep me in the back of the class ..... i don't flush and get smooth but not like air .....

A plant that has been fed properly and flushed out well enough should be smooth as butter and that’s before you even start the cure.
Curing out the bud does make it smoother smoke though but I like to look at it like... the better the flush the less time you’ll have to wait curing, and that kinda makes since because most of the Chlorophyll will be gone we’re the plant will be mostly yellow.

I don't flush either per se but will let them use what they have for the last week or so and just water. if you want to call that flushing Ok but I think it's just sensible. they don't need anymore nutes the last 2weeks so why waste them. My smoke has been smooth, might try a vaporizer like the volcano where you can control the burn temp, it will help as well.
and there can not be enough said about curing. properly cured weed is smooth as silk, heady, and tasty.

how are you smoking it? a pipe or joints? ever try a nice water bong with ice instead of just water? that can give a smooth hit. just dont over do it. how about a quality vaporizer (though they can be pricey)
you can also add more sugar leaf into the mix to mellow it out

Good advice above but organic grows are always better. Brewing your own tea using barnyard manure and alfalfa pellets is great.

Welcome to the portal BD1 ! The guys above have great answers so I can't do anything but parrot them. The only thing I can add is I have tried flushing and not flushing and I don't see any difference in how smooth the smoke is. I think it is mostly in the curing. Imo.

I'm growin in what I call a "bridge system" using 90% organic imputs, and 10% synthetics. I also like MarkD"s take flushing. If the last 10 days you're adding ferts, you're prob doin more harm than good . Let the dog eat, what's in her bowl !! I just made that up ! @SBR organic is the way to go !
