I read a story-( I smoke a lot for yrs- so please bear with me as I make mistakes)-

a guy worked at a seed company- he made Ak-47
guy left company but couldn’t use that name - but still had the strain - and Ak-48 was born.

          • Damn wish I knew that before AK47 was the very first strain I grew got seeds from old friend who has since past. It’s going back on the list which somehow keeps growing.
