Any suggestions for seed banks who ship here in the Philippines using discreet or stealth shipping? I know it's illegal here in my country. I just want to order some seeds from those seed banks and be guaranteed 100% that I've received my order in my exact location.

Also delicious seeds sells other breeders seeds if your not in the USA, so they might be an option as well.
They both have stealth shipping options man, where they can remove the seeds from there original packaging.

cant help with seeds but when you get a plant it would be a great benefit if you could learn to clone and im here to say that cloning is very easy!

I don't know how Marcos Jr. is but cant be as bad as Duterte was you have that going for you.
Seed banks may be afraid to get the bill for the bullet if a customer gets caught. I would have a hard time selling or giving anything away that could risk a person getting killed.
