I’m using LED lighting in my tent and the temperature is around 67f is this why the growth seems slow and should I put a heater in there?
67 ferinhight is a little cold for optimal growth. Try to get about 75 w lights on.

What is your true watts per square ft another light would warm things up a bit
i try to keep 78 lights on and 70 to 72 lights off

Don't forget it's a weed. A little cool is always better than a little hot.
don't let the humidity get 2 low i am learning bout leds n veg now with my 2nd grow with them and i raised my humidity into mid to upper 80's and there r as happy as flys on a water melon ....
If you have an extraction fan sometimes you can slow it down and build up a little more heat.
