do you have roots yet? once you have roots your clone can start taking nutes. and of course you will start off slow and work your way up. the plant will be mature with roots but being so small it cant take on full nutes.
I usually transfer to solo cups because I grow in soil. If you have decent roots you can mix 1/4 teaspoon fish emulsion with a qt of water. That works for me but your question needs a little more info.
Someone on here puts the cuttings in a clear solo cup and then puts that cup in a red solo cup so if they remove the red cup they can see the roots. I think that is a damn clever way for us impatient growers to do it.
