I believe in aerating my water and nutes before watering the girls . Aerating does raise the PH and I read that it raises the PH without affecting the alkalinity . Ok... say I have a gallon of nutrients that I PHed to 6.0 . After I aerate it the PH is 6.6 ( outside the range of 5.5 to 6.5 ) Would this still benefit me to use this ?

It was a PH problem all along.

How much sunlight is she getting ?

I may have transplanted these Super Skunks a bit too early. I did , buffer my coco like always but , am I lookin at some calcium deficiency here ? They're 11 days old .

I have always kept my plants from seed to about half the height that I want them under 24 hours of light . Is there any scientific evidence showing that a 18/6 schedule is more beneficial to the girls ? I know some of you know just from experience .

I've been growing indoors for goin on 7 years now , but I always want to learn that one more thing , you know ? I start with the old paper towel method , then to the solo cups , then to 5 gallon air pots. Simple . I'd really like to get my veg space set up so , are these to young to transplant ? Also , would it benefit me now to get them out from under CFLs and under LEDs ?

A quick question people ,

I want to know more about using beneficial microbes . I have dabbled in hydroponics with pretty good success but I keep hearing that coco coir is also a form of hydroponics .... So...is Hydroguard ( bacillus ) beneficial in coco coir and Perlite ? I use it in my hydro buckets for years and have seen very little root rot. I also use Growers Recharge . Am I wasting my time ? and money ?

Hey people !

I haven't been here in awhile because of some technical difficulties but I'm back . I hope everyone has been well and the weed gremlins have been treating you good. I just want to get some opinions on buffering new coco. I wash my new coco till I get the same parts per million as my flush water ,( about 28 ppm ) then soak over night with Cal Mag, and ph to 6.0 . This brings my PPMs to 400  . And now my question .... Should I rinse my coco again with plain water ? I plan to start some seeds directly into this coco in solo cups.

Hey people , I've grown a few Autos in the past few years , mostly successful . This pic is of my single Auto Flower I grew with two other Photoperiods cause I didn't have the space .  So basically ... I broke all the rules when growing an Auto.  Well , not all but I did have it on a 12/12 light schedule and she actually could have been ready to harvest two weeks ago. My question... If I put her in 20/4 light schedule , will she finish up faster ?

I looked into that LED , but I settled for the Viparspectra 2000 . Cost ...200.oo . So far , I love it.
