Stunted growth

I planted a seed back in late April (outdoors), and the damned thing is only 10” tall. Never grown any big fan leaves. Still green and standing strong. Just won’t grow. Anyone ever had this happen? How’d you fix it? Can you fix it?

    • Is it in a pot or bag or in hard ground? Are you feeding it anything? Are you feeding the roots anything?

        • It’s in a tree stump filled with FFHF.  It gets plenty of sunshine and water. It’s next to a creek bed. No visible leaf damage from insects or animals.

          • Is it root bound?

i would feed it some grow nutrients

          • I would at this point be thinking it is a dud, bad seed. But hey, let it grow and see what happens.

            • I plan on just seeing what happens. Maybe I’ll get enough for a joint in the end. Lol

              • PICS would help. A tree stump huh ? That could be the prob . I can honestly say I've never planted a weed plant in a tree stump...he,he,he You should of planted it in a pot and them put the pot in the tree stump.

                • Try giving it a microbe tea man, being that you started in a tree; I’d brew for about 48h to get a fungal tea brewed and give that to it.

recharge, great white and regular compost will work, but I wouldn’t use worm castings cause that stuff is mostly bacterial dom.

                      • Heat stress will cause yellowing on lower leaves . Temps over 90 ! Keep her watered good too. Looks like an Indica, they like to eat. Start with 1/2 the recommended strength.
