thank you Jim,
when this happened the FIRST time i responded to the erroneous spam screen in the fashion accordingly.. i also filed out a ticket as you suggest and Rick posted a message. this LAST time he posted and it STILL took several days for this to be resolved. This has happened to me at least 4 times in the last 4 months. i will certainly do as you said but it just makes me feel like a second class citizen

yeah i just filled out a Support Ticket at the bottom of the SHOP page and sent it in... Jim fixed it in a few hrs.. happened 2 er 3 times so far for me..

you can always sent in a ticket when you have problems logging into WP, i mean other WP people in the past just sent in a ticket and its fixed in no time then.
