Raise and Lower Lights From One Side

1 0 0 0 0 0

I dont have access to the back of my grow room and adjusting the heights of lights was a pain in the ass using those ratchet hangers. I bought these bike hangers from Home Depot and now I can raise and lower them from one side and get in the back to work on the plants. $25 for 2 hangers and a little mygiverism.

      • that's brilliant! What a cool repurpose from bike lift to light lift!.

It's a pain to get to the back of my tent, especially when it's crowded.

          • lol excellent piece of engineering! so funny to hear the McGiver reference these days. elegant problem solving! a clever grower can find all kinds of useful things at a home depot or Lowes

            • I started to buy pulleys and rope and do this myself but the total cost was about $40 a light or more if  I built a rack to hang the lights on. Once again Lazy and Frugal prevail. LOL

Trying to thread that rope while stoned would have made a hell of a three stooges skit. LOL
