One of my F2 crosses came out great, big fat buds and rock hard, the other 2 are mostly foxtails with hardly any solid buds. Now that they are "trimmed" I have nearly two 5 gallon buckets of foxtails. They smoke ok but they look like hell, any suggestions on what to do with them other than edibles?
Next question is it worth making a F3? Lemon OG Haze from Ethos is supposed to be very stable and I think Nirvana's SSH is also stable but this seems like a genetic problem, although It was my first grow with CO2 so I let it get up to the 90's in the grow room which is supposed to be ideal and the CO2 in the middle of the grow was 1500 ppm's in flower. When they started getting closer to finish I turned off the CO2 and dropped the temps back to mid 70's. I was probably experimenting with too many things at the same time to really know
Not sure other than edibles unless you want to do the butane thang but I would definitely do the F3 cross especially if you like what you see in one maybe try upper 80’s with co2 or no co2. Sounds like you really like the one that came out good otherwise you will always wonder.
Its great smoke, it just aint pretty. This is the 1st time I have had all foxtails and no solid bud, I suppose that is why the breeders say "Years in the making". So far the F1's have been great but I would hate to keep at it and find out those were the best they can be.
