The fan is a good idea, it looks a little dry too, there is a saying about watering the pot verses watering the plant but I cant remember what it is, maybe some one can chime in and let you know.

Little plant big pot ! I'm curious how many other homies on WP do this ? I can somewhat understand if you're growin an awful flowering plant, but that's it. For every one reason you can give me for this setup, I can give you 10 reasons why not to do this ! More perlite too. I've never grown in pure coco. GL and I hope she's a monster !!!

looks like its gettin off to a good star there Jesse...id start watering it now in a ring out a lil bit..like 1/2 way from the edge of where it looks wet now to the edge of container...so the roots will grow towards the moisture..at this age ya dont wanna water till run off..thats to much right now IMO GL
