Not sure what your ? is, but I'd say this is a healthy ass plant, that's starting to get fat and greasy !!

If it takes that long for your soil to dry out, you need to add a LOT of perlite. Or pea gravel, or Hydroton, etc...
Your soil is staying too saturated, for too long. You need better draining soil.
