The whole room has been a mystery so far. It used to be my daughters room but she moved out years ago and only used it occasionally. I put up scaffolding in September for my carpenter to invesitgate and fix the rotten window at least, which I can easily see is rotten. Bad weather and back issues has kept him away so far. But we will get there eventually.

Your scrubber draws a lot of air so air leaks do occur. It took me a dozen cans of foam sealer to get all mine sealed up.After that problems with humidity were easy to control
