My biggest concern is burning the plants by not know where to set the lights height n intensity so any advice will be taken especially from someone who definitely knows his stuff.thanks man

I was @60% at that stage@ 24 to 28" above the canopy with one plant. Slowly bring my light intensity up has been a very important practice for me in not stressing the plant out . IMO Mephisto plants are really tight in node placement. I notice a little bigger gap in your nodes so if those ladies were mine I would slowly increase the light dimmer. When I turn my dimmer up I raise the height. then very slowly lower the light over a period of time until I get to the recommended height above canopy and repeat this process to get where I need to be.
The plants are healthy that is for sure , good job
