    • Could be light burn, young leaves are very tender and vulnerable. you may want to dimmer the light. Impossible to be nutrients deficiency as this age.

            • It’s actually coco peat but my gardening shop said they use it for plants. That ok? U think?

            • Are you treating it like a hydroponic medium or like soil and are you feeding it with every watering.

coco peat is just plain coco coir, they say coco peat cause they want to replace peat entirely with something more sustainable & coir is the best they’ve found so far. It is used for seedlings though.

              • Looks like I am a few weeks behind you in the grow schedule, though I am no trying to hard with these seeds since they are mystery seeds. I am waiting for new ones from Nirvana.

Any idea why they kept dying on you and how many did you lose? Horrible stuff really, I am anxious myself now, lol.

                • I was first in soil. Around day 6-7 tips were apparently yellowing. Turns out I was in hot soil. I should’ve known better to test the PPM before starting out. I’ve switched to coco and so far kind of so good but I’m not where I wanna be still- yet

                  • Just because I had no clue about soil quality I started making RO water and calmag on my previous grows 7 years ago. Also used RO water for clones. Still ran into some stressful issues with discoloured leaf but all in all it was fixable and I got what I wanted in the end.

I read once upon a time that soil was the most forgiving to use but that might not be the case anymore(?)

                  • for me, coco has always been the way to go- given I have everything I need. I just have to give it to them. Soil is nature but nature sometimes has its own complications that we just don’t get to have a say at… it’s nature.
