    • There have been several medical studies done overseas that have shown that the  cannabinoids found in Marijuana do actually kill cancer cells. Our government does everything it can to keep us from knowing the facts but ironically the US government holds all  patents for any medicine made from cannibus.

        • if you want a source for cannabis studies look at Israel. surprisingly they have a very robust cannabis research program. A lot of studies on the effectiveness of cannabis and derivatives come out of there.

A recent study on lung cancer and smoking CBD  high products found them to be effective in solid tumor reduction in the study. this is great news. but it is just a study with no clinical extensions or intent to start any. In the US research is hobbled and limited.

best lung cancer treatments are from the research out of Cuba. they have done some surprising stuff in the field and worth reading up on.

          • My wife works in the cancer field.  The director of her hospital is a Huge Supporter for the medical benefits.  I’m all for it.

            • First time I did chemo it was without weed and it was horrible! I couldn't sleep or eat and I was miserable. One of my wife's friends has a husband (who we had partied with several times) who was a trauma surgeon and he was the one who started me smoking weed again after not smoking for many years when I was military. The second time I had chemo the weed allowed me to sleep and to eat which made everything 100% better. Don't get me wrong, chemo sucks but it a ton better with weed.

            • My brother in law was recently diagnosed with cancer. Chemo is his next step after surgery.

I make sure he's smoking the best I've got to offer.

Think I'll be venturing into RSO soon, too.

Expect me to be dipping into our wealth of knowledge with questions!!

              • Cancer sucks! The hardest part (imo) is when you are first told you have it. I am an Army vet and have been in construction most of my adult life so I have never been overly emotional but when the doctor came in and told me I have cancer I cried like a baby.  It is devastating at first but then you start the fight. My thoughts are with your brother in law and for any one out there dealing with cancer.
