Any way to ID mystery plants from Nirvana Raspberry Cough pack?

So I have five seeds from the same package that are what appear to be 3 of one kind, and one of one kind and one of another.  Granted, Im new, so Ill yield to the experts knowledge.  Is this common?  I send Nirvana an email w pics to see if they had any ideas.  haha

        •  every seed is different even after a strain has been stabilized. this is why im not interested in making any seeds.

          • That is extremely common man, even wild landrace strains have more than one phenotype.

I done a pack of Big Buddha cheese before an got 2 distinct phenos one was a Afghani type and smelled like incense and spice and the other was a foxtailing cheese. And that strains is definitely stabilized he took it past F8.

            • That is the phenotype mystery, its sort of like 2 people can have very different children, even twins can be different. On the other hand I like to think humans and other animals are a little more complex than a plant but maybe not. So how do you explain what happened when people bought photoperiods or auto flowers and got one or 2 that were not. That is not a phenotype difference, that is a quality control problem and since there is no way to tell the difference between 2 seeds that must be a nightmare for breeders. You ever go to the plumbing dept. at Lowes? It a mess.

But what is interesting is Pipeman has crossed and made and popped some seeds that may be male or female but so far I don’t see any difference in phenotypes. I have a made some seed crosses that will be interesting to watch and see if different phenotypes show up.

              • but auto flowers are a whole different ballgame, i believe. They are unstable by nature. i dont think that when someone gets an autoflower that doesnt flower its because of a simple seed mixup. its cause auto flowers suck!

                • I agree completely, especially about auto’s being freaks of nature. But if a seed mixup can happen between auto’s and photos it can happen between photos and photos or autos and autos too. Different phenotypes is not the only possibility.
