bing new 2 the led's what meter do i need 2 help with getting adjusted 2 led's 4 flowering ??

I have never used any meters. The manufacturer should have suggestions on the proper heights so I start there and move up or down depending on how your plants are doing. Imo, you will take to it like a duck to water. It's pretty easy as long as you don't start out super low. You are going to love them!

I use the Photone app for Android. CPW recommended it awhile ago. Seems to be one of the better ones available aside from getting a real meter. GL

i will use a watt meter to dial down my lights for veg then ill do what tb said for flower

I use the Photone app for my iPhone, so far from the LED's I have checked they match the manufacturer ppfd maps so I wouldnt be afraid to go by that if you dont use a meter.

Look into Daily light integral (DLI) if its of interest to you, but be warned this LED stuff can lead to a deep rabbit hole
