The state of the biz

Here is the reason there is so much cheap black market spleaf ...taxes are ok but you can't tax businesses into bankruptcy...

      • I’d say The government will get tired of it once more people start to grow though and I’d say they will give everyone a one plant count or something to keep you coming to the dispensary once it’s federally legal.

      • thats why i want decriminalization. not regulation by the government. thats almost as bad! The government is already up their ass!! CBD is already a big business in my non legal state and their is already a government presence in the whole thing. leave me out of it.

          • Most of the dispensaries in CA are cash only businesses, they move every few months and change the name. There is an ATM in every dispensary and its not for the buyers convenience, Its tough to tax a ghost.
