Live Resin
As I understand it Live Resin is pressed and heated fresh bud, no drying and no curing, that makes sense. Has anyone tried to make it? Is it worth the loss of bud?

Live Resin is made using solvents.
Rosin is made using heat and pressure.
Try pressing fresh frozen flower, you'll get a funky, watery mess.

I though live resin was pressed from buds right off the living plant not a dried out bud. Live resin to me always has better flavor could that come from a solvent process vs a more natural one like heat?

Live rosinFeatured snippet from the web
Live rosin is a potent, amber-colored substance that is distinct from other extracts, such as shatter and budder. It is a solventless concentrate, meaning it is extracted without the use of chemical solvents found in other forms of cannabis concentrates.0 0 0 0 0 0 0 -
