Long term storage
What, if any, is the best way to store your harvest long term? I’ve always been told the freezer, but I’m sure there has to be other ways? Thanks in advance.

Actually, I find freezing weed/ buds the worst thing you can do it freezes the trichomes off your leaves and buds! Too much Handlen and all that sweet sugar is at the bottom of your bag! I just use plain old Masson jars.

I have been vacuum sealing them since I acquired a sealer.
Vac Sealing in mason jars is really nice way to preserve a harvest. remembering to reseal them is the real challenge😄

I have done the vacuum bags and freezing and it worked for me, just dont pull too much of a vacuum. or you can crush the buds. I have a few Cvaults that work well but they are expensive. Kimchi containers work really well also and they come in lots of different sizes

again, i keep my meds in the freezer. the moment you chop a plant the terpines start to degrade

I also use for long term , the vac seal attachment that goes on top of the canning lid of the mason jar. ( food saver) And removes the air without crushing the meds…. I would like to comment that however much one enjoys the smell of a LOUD strain.. I do not want some company catching wind of it creeping through every crevice of my home. Even in the jar!! For these bad boys …. I place them in a 5 gallon bucket with a Amazon purchased gamma lid. Bout 10 bux lid . It’s airtight, screws on and off super easy.. I’ve placed them right beside me for hours and nothing escapes …. Stealth .
* do NOT purchase gamma lid from Home Depot. terrible .
