Bud Stacking
What do you think makes a strain stack buds close together. Lights? Genetics? both? Something I have not thought of?
I want the Lemon OG Haze + Super Silver Haze crosses to fill in the distance between the nodes a little better so I am thinking of add a Hash Plant to the mix. Its not like I have anything to lose but time. but I remember using MHL lights during the stretch and keeping a short distance between nodes but it may have been the strains I was growing. What are your thoughts on it?

my guess would be genetics since i grow all strains with the same lights and feed schedule. each plant shows different spread traits. Just my 2 cents.lol

i think its mostly genetics but also has something to do with the lights (intensity, distance or both)

lights can play into it's natural tendencies and node spacing lower light your going to get bigger stretch between nodes even if the plant normally has close nodes.
but all things equal genetics will be the stronger player.

genetics....cross em with an indica with a tight bud structure...which is most of them...
