giving it bio grow 1ml/liter for now and had some worm castings in the mix,
the plant looks rich in nitrogen but not sure whats happening.
it might be showing signs of hunger?

looks pretty normal and healthy to me. worm castings are a good source of Nitrogen so it looks fine to me. maybe a little on the small side.

Some times young ones and new growth will be a lighter green but dont worry about it.
