1st batch in the works. Using rice cooker with small fan gently blowing across the top. If cooker holds 2 quarts can anyone tell me approximately how long it takes to reduce it before I can take it out and finish it. Trying to budget my time accordingly . Thanks 😊

My rice cooker is slow to get started but once it starts bubbling good stay on top of it. It can go from wish it would hurry to “oh shit”. I see your post was three hours ago so sure I’m too late. Would say 1.5 hours from start to finish. Again every cooker is different. Good luck and enjoy!

RSO is a pain in the ass to make. the alcohol shouldnt take too long to cook off so you should monitor it closely. please let us know how it turned out
