1st batch in the works. Using rice cooker with small fan gently blowing across the top. If cooker holds 2 quarts can anyone tell me approximately how long it takes to reduce it before I can take it out and finish it. Trying to budget my time accordingly . Thanks 😊
My rice cooker is slow to get started but once it starts bubbling good stay on top of it. It can go from wish it would hurry to “oh shit”. I see your post was three hours ago so sure I’m too late. Would say 1.5 hours from start to finish. Again every cooker is different. Good luck and enjoy!
