I've grown two Lemon Og Haze autoflowers big, beautiful plants that have not flowered after 13 wks. Also an Original Glue that has signs of flowering but no flowers. Any advice?

As each plant gets closer to harvest I've noticed that it looks like each plant has portions more ready than other parts. Is it okay to partial harvest a plant and leave less mature parts still standing to mature further or should I wait...

The price increase is crazy I believe I would rather take the chance on them coming over the border in there stealth shipping than pay 99$ for 4 seeds and does anyone know if they will be in the breeder pack now.
