      YOU CAN'T BE GETTIN NERVOUS YET ! Just kiddin. Seriously...check the breeders time frame for the maturity/harvest #. Get to that recommended date and then make a decision to chop, or no chop, and then wait an additional week and chop !!! YBGYD !!! Happy harvest
