Pro mix goes WWAAAAYYY back !! If you can afford to, a promix/coco blend is really sweet too! The coco will hold up better than peat, especially for us cheap skates that reuse media. Oh yeah, coco will help with aeration and air flow too. Peace

      I use it only 2times n hit it with Recharge n silica n magnesium before I plant second run.
