Viral DNA/RNA genome extraction kit (spin column method)
Viral DNA/RNA genome extraction kit (spin column method) is used for nucleic acid extraction, enrichment, purification and other steps. The processed product is used for clinical in vitro testing.
In the presence of high concentrations of chaotropic salts, proteinase K, carrier RNA, and surfactants, cells and viral particles in the sample are lysed, impurity proteins and enzymes are denatured, and nucleic acids are released. In the presence of SiO2 matrix, the nucleic acid can be firmly bound to the surface of the SiO2 matrix of the adsorption column through intermolecular forces under the conditions of high salt and low pH value, and other impurities are eluted. Under the condition of low salt and high pH value, the purified nucleic acid bound on the adsorption column is detached from the surface of the SiO2 matrix of the adsorption column by releasing the intermolecular force, thereby obtaining the extracted and purified nucleic acid.
Store in a dry place at room temperature (15~25℃), valid for 12 months. 2~8℃ storage can extend the validity period. Proteinase K (dry powder) and carrier RNA (dry powder) are dissolved and stored at -20±5°C to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
