Hi King,

TwentyFour is great for pain, for sleeping CBD is hit and miss. Alot of people I know who have tried CBD for sleep said it made them more alert and had a hard time sleeping. I made a THC tincture and just a few drops at night was wonderful for sleep. I would say the biggest issues that CBD has helped is pain and anxiety.  Now if she is having a hard time sleeping BECAUSE of the pain, then it might be worth it to try...if you can reduce the pain, then sleeping is easier.....
