A gift from a friend!
A good friend of mine gave this nice cookbook to me for Christmas! Willie Nelson's Cannabis Cookbook. Looks good! has some cool stories too!

I have done a little baking, green dragon tincture etc. I mostly decarboxilate but it seems a bit reduntant to me really specially when baking brownies. Surely the weed will decarboxilate during the time in the oven? I have done some extremely unscientific A/B testing and feel no difference.

good discussion. you know, i will throw this in:
Decarboxylation is a natural process and begins from the day you harvest

you are right. The process takes so long the flower will become dust.
Decarboxylation is defined as the process where certain carboxylic acids lose carbon dioxide from the carboxyl group when exposed to heat or light, as seen with p-aminosalicylic acid and rufloxacin.
So we know heat and light are the only two processes to decarb.
You can also smoke decarbed weed (the taste is probably shitty) but the THC will be more potent. I just choose the food or and nondecarbed flower experience myself lol Keep it going I love chemistry and physics ( when grouped together you are a farmer lol)
