Day 70 flower

Day 70 of flower for my 2 Jack Herer and 1 Critical Purple Kush.  I will be adding more pictures of the trichomes from the Jack Herer's and would like your opinion on the cloudiness of the trichomes.  I find it difficult to determine sometimes.  Thank you.

      • Crazy how different each strain is when it comes to leaf appearance. The plants themselves look really good Jac, far as the trics I still see some clear. 10-14 more days IMO

      • your plants look great to me...i always have hard time telling diff between clear and milky myself..lol..sometimes i dont think they tern amber with some strains IMO..when all the hairs are brown is what i look for mostly and then i flush

          Thanks Chas.  Yeah the pistils is usually my first indicator as well.  I haven't had any new white pistils show up for the last 5 days so I started looking at the trichomes and the leaves.

        • Those are some damn nice looking trichomes, you have to love those bubbled heads. My experience with Sativa's is the more cloudy the more chill, thought provoking, creative high. The 50/50 clear to cloudy I harvested were like popping a couple of Black Beauty's back in the day. I loved it then, not so much so now that I am older. 

          Who is the breeder for the Jack Herer? That strain is supposed to have some effects I look for, so please give a smoke report after harvest

            Thanks CPW!  The breeder is Seedsman.  I have had pretty good luck with getting quality seeds from them and the prices are not that bad.  Delivery can be hit and miss as I have had some delivered withing 10 days while others took over a month and a half.  I checked the trichomes last night and am happy with the ratio of cloudy to clear and a few ambers.  They will be harvested on Thursday.
