pro~mix

i would like 2 trans plant my 2 plants it's been n veg longer than i had planned but no more pro~mix i have loco coco can i trans plant n 2 that after starting with the pro~mix ???

    • they are both coco based right? shouldn't be any problem going from one to the other.

      maybe check the run off and see what kind of pH and ppm you're dealing with, I suppose.

      I wouldn't be concerned if it all looks equal in respect to the make up of the mix. Nutrients are not really a factor in coco based systems, since you make up the nutrition in your feed. re establishing any micro growth in the soil, is just time since you'll get carryover when you transplant.

      • morning D i use pro~mix hp biofungicide + mycorrhizae it is a peat~base mix ....  can't get nun now so i am going 2 learn bout coco ...

            • It works great! The only thing I do now is just add a bit more perlite.

            • I didnt know Promix was coco but that makes me see why I had problems with it outside , I treated it like soil. But I do wonder why it has become so hard to find? 

              Coco Loco is a great mix and I dont think you have to water it everyday like coco so its a little less maintenance or thats how I treated it. You got this King, no worries

              • In veg I water every other day but once I flip I end up watering every day.
