No knowledge of either but what are you using it for? Just curious, in a tent, venting lights??

I have had 2 of those, the first one died after a week and the replacement died in 3 days. Between that and the water pumps, I dont buy anything electrical from a company that the name starts with VIVO, I am sure it means piece of junk in its native language
