Visibility? Can you see this Admin?

When I send out a post there is a dialog box under Visibility* that has multipole options, Me Only (why?), Public, Friends,  Selected Friends,  Relationships (WTF), Selected Relationships, (2X WTF) and then Friends you can specify. 

How does this work? Since it doesn't can you dump that and bring back Chat?

    • That’s new to me maybe portal put you on probation with supervised release. Might try strapping hour phone to your ankle and logging on through your computer. I’m not far behind you I made bail.
