    • i use the blue lab cleaner on both my blue lab pens.i have the guardian that stays in the res and monitors the temp,ph and ppm. then i have the hand held blue lab pen that stores in solution.

      • they are pricy but love the fact of being able to look at the controller on the wall and knowing all the things are in spec without having to get the handheld unit out all time.

              • I do the same as Josh and Chubb . I just bought a new probe replacement for my pen . Readings are all over the place after calibration. Plus you know about what you have to add each feeding anyway if you use the same nutes and water. I love my Apera PH60. Got the thing for free from Amazon a while back. They lost it in transit. They said they could not find it so they refunded me and 4 days later  Santa Claus (UPS) delivers the pen. This has happened twice the other was my auto water . Got to love logistics lol

                • I use a soft tooth brush and water on my Blue Lab PH dozier and I have 2  Temperature & pH Monitor Meters one in the Ebb & Flow and one is the auto feed, I clean the same way. I also have a Horiba LAQUAtwin PH tester I store in 7.0 calibration solution, I know you dont want any of these to dry out.
