strains to grow and mitigate ADD and adderall
Im trying to get off adderall or maybe reduce it.
Are there any strains that help with focus? Im hoping to grow from seed.

Different strains have different effects on people so you will probably have to explore a few until you find the one that works for you. I really like ak48 for focus. I would actually start with a hybrid over a straight sativa or indica. Good luck with your journey!

Pure Sativa's like RbtAsq are good for ADD but a little too energizing for me. I like the Haze strains the best for focus. I just grew a couple of Jack Herer plants from Seedsman, I didnt like the structure of the plants for the smoke is great and the flavor may be my favorite.

I went through the list of those in elementary and middle school before I finally stopped taking them. Smoked my first joint freshman year and was exempt from all but two exams that year. The strains that have some citrus flavors have been the best and most productive for me. Anything that is in the couch lock area I will reserve for bed time. I tend to steer towards the sativa side for my taste and effects on the add
