i have been designing my basement for three years now. the secret room came into play when they limited the plants we could have. and when the oldest grandkid took a jar of meds, so have to hide it now. she is only 15.

So let me ask a question, do you have fresh air coming Into that space? Are you gonna pull air out?

i have air being pulled in through a cold air vent then through a 12 inch carbon filter and goes back in to the cold air return. that way if we start smelling it in the house ill know its time for a new filter. plus i have a carbon and allergy filter in the furnace.
