You can only ride it out now. You could top them now and probably stop the stretch but it will effect your yield. If it grows into your light it’s gonna do more harm than just affecting your yield though. Might even cause a hurmie. Try pulling and tying off to get them as low as possible as they stretch and then top them if you just can’t handle anymore height good luck and happy growing my friend!!

There seems to be a line between too much defoliation making them stretch more and just enough defol that slows them down, cutting back on the N in the stretch helps too.  Super cropping works but it expands the foot print needed or they can form a SCROG like canopy that blocks the light to the lower bud sites.  You can double super crop and make the branches like a dog leg to reduce the height too but I think that may block the flow a bit.

The stretch in RDWC has been a battle for me, I have had Autos go 5X and it wasn't pretty. What I do now is lollypop the bottoms before the flip and kind of crush the top buds a little by pinching the ones getting to tall with my thumb and finger.  I dont know if it hurts anything but it keeps the buds out of the lights.
