Grow media seems rough! What type of soil?
I recommend 2 things
Try fixing her up a bit before going outside or my best recommendation is to start over using a soil made for horticulture.

Your above ground growth is TOTALLY dependent on your soil content. As the boys have said, don't cut corners on your root zone mix. Your walkin on thin ice with that soil !!!! That clay pot has salts all over it too. Not good. TRANSPLANT !!!!

Oh yeah I forgot, your overwatering is caused by poor drainage due to a poor soil mix ! GL
