    • Its tough to keep the temps that high, it goes against the grain a bit. But when the exhaust fan comes on at night it drops to 70°F within an hour.

      • I'm thinking about trying the co2 next spring when i won't have to run the heater so much to keep temps up.

        • keep me posted if it really makes a difference or not.

          • Since I have the meter in the room, I think I will try one of the Exhale bags and see if it actually raises the C02 in the room

            • I love those exhale bags for convenience. But I've started doing my own fermenting buckets. 4 cups dissolved sugar in water added to half full 5-gallon black bucket of room temp water. Mix in a decent amount of baker's yeast throw on the lid toss in an inlet hose for a fish tank bubbler that I've hot glued to the bottom of the bucket and an outlet hose to push out the C02. Runs every other hour while the lights are on. I hit 900 to 1200 ppm on the co2 levels with 2 5-gallon buckets. I run the outlet hose to the circulating fan to disperse the Co2. They last about 2 weeks before having to redo the sugar mix. The only recurring cost is the sugar and yeast. You know when to replace the water once your tent stops smelling like a brewery.

            • What size tank do you use? Is it expensive and how long do you run if for, or is it multiple times a day on a timer? I don't remember you running any co2 before, is this something new?

              • I have a 20lb tank in a 8 x 8 x 8 room with  an auto pilot. The auto pilot is set to 1100 +\~ 100 ppm. It comes on when the lights come on and shuts off when they go out. When this tank is empty I will leave it off until next summer
