Question for those who use the ff nutes open sesame, beastie bloom, and cha-ching, when outside, how do know when to switch to the next level ie from os to be? Do you back count from a end date? Or just guess based on developments or approximate age? I usually guess but is there a more tried and true method of establishing development needs?

I'm an indoor grower but I use those nutrients. I start the open sesame as soon as I flip so I would assume that when your daylight drops to 12 hours a day you would start. I use it until I can see buds start to form and then I switch to beastie blooms through the flowering until I start to see the hairs retracting and then I switch to cha ching. I don't feed according to the chart, I use a lot less quantity but I mix it in almost all feeding unless I see nute burn. Hope this helps.

I start the Open Sesame a week before the flip other than that I do about the same as Texasbob, we probably learned it from the same person, When you start depends on you and where you live but in the states the days are already getting shorter. It would be interesting to see if starting Open Sesame in July would would help push them into flower.

Thanks guys I have a reserved hand when dosing with these nutes. Just learned that I am using a 1/4 of the recommended dose. Thinking I could bump that to 1/2 the rec dosage at least.

I feed it at 1/4 strength and my main bloom nutes at 1/2-3/4 depending on the plants. The last grow I didnt use any base nutrients and I out it all in the burning barrel, Reduced N in flower is good, no N in flower is a bad thing
