are you drying it in jars? to my understanding when you keep it bunched up in jars it builds up moisture. Not so much a criticism but trying to understand more. Ideally, you want it to air out then it can go into jars

Not for nothing but I would trim a little more next time. The leaves left on will cause it to rot quickly. I agree with Sub, you have it packed in pretty tight. 10-14 days on dry then jar it up.

Some jars are “ just trim”. Several jars at bits, pieces and popcorn buds. All mine had bud rot so had to salvage what I could. Only one jar of nicer buds 😫
