Does Density Matter?

What is the densest bud you have grown and is it your favorite smoke? I love a dense strain but why?

The Garlic Breath and Glookies are by far the densest buds I have grown and cured. They look like rocks but my favorite smoke to date has been Chocolate Haze, Rainbow Kush and Jack Herer and none of those were what I would call dense buds, if fact the Rainbow Kush was all foxtails.

The hardest bud I have ever grown and seen was chem valley kush by the cali connection.

I can't say that I have ever grown a bud that is rock hard but I would think the densest I have grown would have been papaya. The smoke is fantastic and really strong.
