Favorite Rock Wool Brand?

Normally I buy what ever rock wool is the cheapest but I notice a big difference in density between brands. Do you think it matters?

    • i have used the rock wool cubes  myself also they always worked well. i use the floraflex plugs now with the dome.

        • The stuff I use is always Grodan, do they just make the material and whoever wants to can make the cubes? I have some 1.5 cubes that are wrapped and some 1.5 cubes that are in a sheet and the ones in the sheet are considerably tighter.

              • as a kid i got a lot of cool stuff from those yellow stamps and the green stamps too..saved up books of em...was a cool catalogs to look thru too
