Coco for the second time

Hello world! Good health! Tell me what you do with coco after your first growth? Coco is a lot of one-time use, does it need to be somehow processed before the next call?

    • I would pull all the old roots and such out of it, after a while I decided its easier to toss it and get more, same with the bags.

      • I would mix it at a rate of 30% with concrete to form Coco-crete

all kidding aside i thought you coco growers could use it more than once. I am faced with similar problems with my old rockwool cubes. What i do with them is toss them onto my lawn in the back yard and run em over with the lawn mower a few, two or three times, along with the carcass of the old plant and roots

        • i guess so! because its an inert substance from the beginning. Same as rockwool. but doesnt coconut fiber break down or decompose?  Ive grow in used 4 inch rockwool before and that had roots as well

            • Hi!

I use aloe a lot as a root stimulator and you can use it for cloning, but I think willow juice might work better.

The best for promoting seed germination is gibberellic acid!!
