Best care for...

New to the auto flower side. What's the best care for auto flowers? I have some great strains I want to start, just not sure on how. Any help will do.

I have treated mine basically the same as I would treat my photos. The only things I would say is start very lightly with nutrients to see how the plants react and if you top do it early (chop at the 3rd node as soon as you see the 4th) so they have time to recover. 18/6 on the lights. Bada Bing bada boom!

I agree with Tex, there is not much you cant do with them besides clone them. That is natures way to kill them off if you think about it. lol.

Topping them seems to keep them in veg for about 5 weeks so they get better. My first grow in the RDWC were Autos and I decided to keep feeding the grow nutes to them and that was a huge mistake. The damn things never stop growing as is.

Can you hermie an auto and retain auto seeds?

  Yes, the last GSC I ran was a Hermie seed I found. Don't know if it's a true Hermie because I only found 2 seeds. I have the second one the dome now. That's been my experience anyway.
